Concept
Recurring Payment Overview template will help you track your subscriptions, utility bills, insurances and other expenses which you have to pay on regular basis.
You will get a simple and clean overview of what you have to pay regularly for with useful monthly and yearly summaries.
Expenses
Expenses are stored in a database with multiple views: all active records, by category, by necesity, by frequency and inactive records.
Category and necessity
Every record can be categorized by the area in your life and by necessity - how important the expense is for you.
Categories can be freely customized. Although necessities should be sufficient as they are.
Payment frequency
Freqency means how often the payment is going to be paid.
There are 4 pre-defined but you can add more in Settings
.
Currencies
You can enter the prices in multiple currencies and they will be automatically converted into your main currency.
If you set up Exchange rates auto-update they will be automatically updated every day. Otherwise you can set them manually.
Monthly & yearly costs
The monthly and yearly cost columns give you a clear picture of how much an expense affects your budget each month and year. This way, you can easily compare expenses regardless of their billing frequency. It is automatically computed in your main currency.
Inactive records
Instead of deleting records, you can mark them as inactive and re-activate them later. Inactive records are shown in the Inactive
view of the records database.
Overall stats
At the top of the page are overall stats of your expenses in total.
